A Wish Upon A Star

The stars are so bright tonight,
Perhaps I will forever remember this night.
When the stars are high above,
As though showering me with your love.

Can you see the fireflies' light?
Couples chasing each other in the air.
Their love for each other like the sun so bright.
But I wonder if you know I really care.

I closed my eyes and wished upon a shooting star.
That wherever you are,
I could be there whenever you needed someone,
And I would be your one and only one.

One star-Brighter than the others.
Two hearts-Beating for each other.
We are so close yet so far,
Can't you see we're under the same starry sky?

Whenever you need me just call out my name,
And I'll just do the same.
It doesn't matter now or later,
